Certified: Love, Sex, Relationship & Integration Coach
Abigail has her advanced professional (600hr) coaching certification from the Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality, that uses the Vital Integrated Tantric Approach (VITA) as their foundational methodology.
This approach uses trauma informed somatic coaching that can help clients resolve their deepest wounds, regain empowerment and experience deep trauma healing. The VITA approach uses time-honored Taoist and Tantric holistic tools like breathwork, meditation, sounding, and movement in tandem with the wisdom of modern psychology and neurobiology to empower clients and help them transform their relationships.

ADVOCACY AND SUPPORT
Abigail has her BA in psychology with an emphasis on human sexuality from UC Berkeley. She worked in the field of sexual health education, harm reduction counseling, outreach, and advocacy for almost 20 years before expanding her scope to include high performance coaching.
Much of her previous work focused on persons living with HIV/AIDS/HEP and minority communities such as LGBTQIA2+ individuals, sex workers, and persons struggling with mental health, alcohol and drugs. Her dedication in this field has been influential in changing several Nevada & California state laws directly impacting the freedom and quality of life for persons living with addiction, identifying as transgender, and being involved in the sex industry.
Her passion for this work was originally fueled by her own background working as a model, performer and entrepreneur in the party-planning, event & entertainment field. Many of the people she has shared her closest life connections with also identify as adult performers, being queer, consider themselves gender non-conforming, are immune compromised, or relate to having been a sex worker.
On a personal note, Abigail has also endured tremendous loss in her life of both family and friends from substance abuse and self-harm related death. In light of this, she is dedicated and committed to providing compassionate support to all beings who struggle and seek guidance from her. These experiences have also strongly impacted Abigail’s spiritual capacity for space-holding.

SPIRITUAL SIDE
Abigail has been exploring Buddhism since 2007 when she started listening to Dharma talks with the Zen and Recovery meetings at the San Francisco Zen Center.
Since then, she has trekked around the small Buddhist country of Bhutan (dubbed the happiest country in the world) to enrich her spiritual knowledge, received guidance from a famous Central American hypnotist & spiritualist, and become a humble student and now teacher of tantra spiritual philosophy and healing with the Layla Martin Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality.
Her most cherished group to regularly practice meditation with and receive dharma wisdom from is Mountain Om Sangha, located in the small mountain town of Leavenworth, Washington. However, her favorite form of meditation is actually while in engaging in movement, and she finds her greatest inner peace from snorkeling and a qi gong routine she does with her feet buried in the earth afterwards.
“I specialize in helping the spiritually resistant, the rebellious at heart and those persons deliciously defiant.”
THEN AND NOW
She began her coaching career as a scholar athlete and nationally ranked long distance runner and from a young age learned to cultivate pride and morale in her teammates, which earned her a Congressional Appointment to the West Point Military Academy in New York for undergraduate school. Although the constraints of this college were too confining for Abigail, she has always had a passion for being incredibly physical and found nature to be her true church. She loves the company of animals, the sun, wind, trees, and especially the water. Her coaching incorporates the use of these elements, as well as luscious and rich fantasy descriptions. She is a prolific poet, both of the erotic and natural world.
The way she incorporates breath, movement, and shifting energy through her coaching utilizes a blend of dance and theater as well as yogic and martial arts traditions. She has a flair for the dramatic, with big style and inventiveness when it comes to fashion and freedom of expression.

She believes that the work she does with her clients can help them move toward a place of their highest alignment and their most genuine authenticity when they are able to reconnect to their full range of inner identities; the bold, the beautiful, the untamed and sometimes depraved, as well as the sweet and the shy, or incredibly sexy and sassy. She specializes in helping you make peace with all these parts of yourself. This allows you to stop having an internal war with yourself, which frees your energy up for more of life’s turn on, deeper relationships and incredibly delicious pleasure!
“I’m up for anything. That’s my spiritual center.”
